1. Warm Compress

How to use:
Place a warm (not hot) cloth over the affected ear for 10–15 minutes. Repeat as needed.
2. Garlic Oil
Garlic contains natural compounds with antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
How to use:
Warm a small amount of garlic-infused oil (ensure it’s body temperature, not hot) and place 1–2 drops in the affected ear. Do not use if there is a suspected ruptured eardrum.
